Hotel at Bentleigh
The hotel is designed as a repertoire of capsule-like guestrooms and hotel facilities, each with large window area and projects of bay-like elements. The design attempt to enhance the recreative nature of the region and to reinforce a minimalistic interpretation of the eclectic urban context.
Bread of Life Church Blackburn

The church was designed as a refurbishment of a Warehouse Unit. Attention is given to the acoustic and lighting performance of the worship hall. A series of "seed-shape" sculptural ceiling feature is designed to enhance the spiritual ambience of the contemporary worship hall.
Apartment at Footscray 1
The new apartment comprised of 7 units of double-storey units with undercover car-parking, terraces and skylights features.
Apartment at Footscray 2
The new apartment comprised of 12 units with communal spaces, undercover car parks, roof terraces and attic penthouses.
Commercial Strip at Dili
The design of the commercial centre was restricted by the long and narrow and segmented nature of the site profile. To create a wholistic commercial strip we stretch large wave-like roof to howering all the building complex. The buildings are also linked together by pedestrian briges and passages. escalators are placed behind the building facade to facilitate movement to the upper floors and accessible rooftop terraces.
TST Office AT Box Hill
February 2018
The Office is situated above a prominent mall passageway in Box Hill Central. Our design opens up the office facade with large glass panels and create a new business identity with signage portal and led signage.
